I have been too inconsistent with my blog posting so I think it would be a good idea to reintroduce myself.

Hello there.

My name is Patrick. But many call me Pat Pat, which gives a clue to the name of my blog. Patrick and Pat Pat may be two different people.

I am the first to be born in America on both sides of my family. However, I am extremely attached to the Philippines.

I am an aspiring biomedical engineer and deejay. “Aspiring” because I’m currently unemployed and I have no DJ skills whatsoever.

I was meant to be left-handed but my mother forced me to be right-handed. No wonder I have no talents.

I have worn glasses since the age of 7.

Sapiosexual.

I love karaoke. I could go for hours. It is a great method for emotional catharsis.

I believe a stranger is a friend I have not met yet.

I rarely get angry. I rather choose to laugh things off or infuse humor into a bad situation. Everybody needs to have a sense of humor. Don’t take life so seriously, guuuuys.

I am an overthinker. To the point of insanity at times.

I am willing to sacrifice my own happiness (whether they be financial, romantic, or other personal goals) for my family. God and family first.

I am not a hopeless romantic. I am an incurable romantic.

I am a sucker for sentimental songs and movies that make me kilig.

I could care less about The Walking Dead, Star Wars/Trek, Harry Potter, and most likely any of your favorite TV or movie series. I prefer foreign films over Hollywood.

I’ve almost drowned twice so I’m scared of deep water.

Loyalty, honesty, trustworthiness, compassion are four very important virtues to me.

I have a bucket list.

I usually carry around a small notebook or journal because I may have the urge to write.

My most watched movie of all time is Space Jam. The first movie that made me cry is the Lion King. My favorite movie is probably a toss-up between Requiem For A Dream and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.

Believe it or not, I’m actually naturally shy.

I’m allergic to lots of things. Trees, grass, furry pets, dust and dirtiness. It’s a rough world out there.

Girls who can rap or play guitar or are bookworms. Ohhh man…😍

In the confines of my bedroom I’m the best dancer and rapper the world has ever known.

I’m addicted to traveling and hope to visit all 50 states. But I think I have to put travel plans on hold…

If I sleep less than 6 hours, I basically sabotaged my day.

I don’t the forget people who made an impression on my life, even if we just met for an hour or never met in person.

I often engage in conversations with myself and, no, it’s not weird. I think I’m my best listener. :p
